Conversation Feature
Shows emails that are related to the current email open in the reading pane. Includes any email that is within 21 days of the current email, is in the same mailbox, and matches on the last section of the subject line.
Click on the Conversation button to view the related emails. From the list view, you can select an email and then choose
- Retrieve: pulls the email into your inbox
- Preview: allows you to read the email content without taking ownership
The Refresh button will refresh the list and display any new related emails that have arrived.
This is an optional feature that must be enabled by CTIntegrations. See your System Administrator to request this feature.
