POM

CT Suite provides an interface to the Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager (POM).

POM enables organizations to create and execute automated outbound voice campaigns providing an efficient way to target and reach customers for specific reasons. POM can be customized in many ways to meet your unique needs.

This feature must be pre-configured by the CT Suite Administrator and enabled for each agent.
