Starting CT Suite
To get started you will first need to open a supported browser* and navigate to the URL that your administrator has provided. The URL should look something like the one below.
Chrome and Firefox supported only. For questions please contact your administrator.

Once you navigate to the provided URL, enter the user and password that was provided to you.
You are now logged in to the the application.
If you're on the Avaya Elite platform, click the Login button to log in to the ACD. For more information, see the Avaya Elite section of this guide.
To log into Amazon Connect, log in to the Amazon Connect window using the AC credentials that were provided to you. This window should open automatically after logging into the CT Suite application. For more information, see the Amazon Connect section of this guide.

• Minimal video resolution required is 1280x800 with 100% (default) text font size.
• Other user settings will also be loaded at this time from the server.
