My Stats
Agent’s call statistics for calls, emails and chat work items. Statistics can be displayed by hour, day or week. There are some slight variances between the labels based on your platform. Those differences are outlined below.
My Stats with the Avaya platform

My Stats in Classic Layout
In Classic layout, My Stats appears when enabled in settings. For more information on enabling this, go to Dashboard in the Settings chapter.

My Stats in Flex Layout
In Flex layout, My Stats will only appear when you click on the icon shown above.
My Stats with the Amazon Connect platform

My Stats for Amazon Connect (Flex Layout)
In Amazon Connect, My Stats does not show AUX. The agent statuses shown are either ACW, UVL (Unavailable) or AVL (Available).
My Stats information is only visible if enabled by your CT Suite administrator.
