Contacts

The Contacts widget can be used to store names and contact information. Agents can store their own contacts, or utilize a Global directory to quickly begin a call or email. Contacts stored in either list will also auto-populate when using the softphone or email widget.

To access, click on the Contacts button in the main Navigation Bar.

Global contacts are populated and maintained by your System Administrator.

My Contacts is a configurable setting and may not be available in your environment. See your System Administrator for more information.
