Data Masking
CT Suite offers a feature that will mask specific types of data within Chat conversations. There are 2 types of data masking currently available: Profanity and Sensitive Data.
Profanity Masking
With this feature enabled, profanity will be masked by asterisk characters before it is added to the conversation.

Sensitive Data Masking
With this feature enabled, sensitive data such as social security and credit card numbers (any number over 8 digits) will be masked by asterisks.
There are 2 ways your administrator can configure this masking - mask all, or allow last 4 digits to show.
