Emails Arrived Daily Report
The Arrived Daily Report shows a summary of email volume by hour for the selected day. The initial results are displayed as a total overall, and as totals for each mailbox. The report results can be expanded to show the emails that are included within the summary. Expand again to show the email details and event history for the selected email.

Select the following items to query, then click submit:
- Site: Select Site.
- Date: Enter date or select from popup calendar.
- Mailbox: Choose the mailbox name or names from the pull-down menu.
The initial output will show the summary by hour:
Report Heading | Description |

Name | Name of queue. |
12AM-11PM (hourly increments) | Count of emails arrived in that hour. |
Total | Total number of emails for day. |
To view the emails included in the counts, click the up arrow to the left of the record you wish to expand.

To view more details, click the up arrow to the left of the record you wish to expand. It will expand to show more information.

The following items can be viewed for each email.

Username | The agent’s Windows username |

Username | Avaya username associated with event |
Agent | ACD Agent name and ID associated with event |
Type | Type of event. i.e. "Historical" or "Note" Historical events are recorded automatically and include date/time of email creation, assigned station, etc. Notes are also viewed here. Notes are manually written and saved by the agent by clicking the Notes tab in the email. |
