START CT DESKTOP (CTS)

To get started you will first need to open the CT Desktop application. The application shortcut should be on your desktop.

Once started the CT Desktop application will connect to the CT Suite server passing your windows username and PC Hostname. CT Desktop then registers for third party call control on your Avaya Telephone. Other user settings will also be loaded at this point.
