POM CALL – UPDATE CUSTOMER INFORMATION

When the agent has been nailed up with a call, they can modify the customer information and click the “Update” button. This will immediately save any changes to the customer information. Clicking the “DNC” buttons next to the phone numbers adds them to the “Do Not Call” list.
