To login, the user’s profile must be configured to display the “Agent” tab. If the agent tab is not visible then please contact your CT Suite Administrator. The Agent ID and Password fields should already be populated for you; however, you may override and/or enter your ACD Agent ID and Password and press the “Login” button.

Once logged in the user will see the following:
The user may now change between Auto-In, Manual-In, Available and ACW. They can also change their AUX state and reason codes. The right side of the tab contains the history and time in each state for reference to the user.
