You can dial telephone numbers from Contacts and History.
DIALING FROM CONTACTS
Similar to dialing from Presence you will need to navigate to the Contacts or My Contacts tab and right click over the telephone number/extension you wish to dial.
DIALING FROM HISTORY
The CT Desktop keeps the last 100 hundred calls placed and received to your CT Softphone extension. You can dial these numbers back by pressing the “Dial” button as indicated in the screenshot below.
