POM AGENT - READY
To start taking calls you must make yourself “Ready” to the POM Server
1: Next make yourself “Ready”, press the “Ready” button
2: If you are not logged into the Avaya ACD as an Agent or if you are not listed as “Available” you will see the following message displayed by CT Desktop:
3: To resolve this you must go to the CT Desktop “Agent” tab and enter “Available” state.
