ACD AGENT
The CT Desktop application allows for the user to Login/Out, Availability, AUX and ACW from the “Agent” tab within the CT Desktop.
The user may use their physical phone to perform the same actions however it is strongly recommended that the user only use the CT Desktop to avoid synch issues. If using the physical phone to change between states the Presence and the Agent tabs may experience a few second delay due to the Avaya system.
