You can place calls using your physical Avaya desk phone/OneX or CT Desktop.

MAKE CALL WITH CT DESKTOP

Place call with CT Desktop from dial box.

1: Enter telephone number as shown above and press the “Call” button.

2: Place call on hold by pressing the “Hold” button

3: Resume call by pressing the “Resume” button

4: End call by pressing the “End” button
