The Settings Section may not be visible to the user as this depends on the user profile settings in “CT Admin” (the administration portal for CT Suite)

• Always in Front: If checked the CT Desktop is always in front of other windows

• Restore on call delivered: If checked the CT Desktop will restore from minimized or snapped state on new inbound calls
