CTS CALL - TRANSFER

To Transfer an active call to another party you will need to first place your current call on “Hold” then dial the number you wish to transfer to on your second line.

1: You can swap between lines until you are ready to complete the transfer

2: To complete the transfer press the “Transfer” button (bottom as indicated below)

Note – If you need to perform what it known as a “Warm” transfer you can use the “Merge” button and essentially doing a conference. You can then disconnect when you are ready and the two parties will be connected without you.
