POM AGENT

The CT Desktop POM Agent is a plugin that works with the Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager Server (POM). The POM Agent interface provides the user with the following features:

• Agent control: Login/Out, Ready/Not Ready

• Call control: Hold, Conference, Transfer, Hangup and DTMF

• Do Not Call List (DNC) adding telephone numbers to the POM Server DNC list

• Customer information: Related customer information available in the POM Server contact record

• Callback: Schedule a callback and assign to POM server

• Wrapup: Assign completion code to the call

The POM Agent plugin supports the following modes:

• Predictive

• Preview

• Blended
