POM CALL -NAIL-UP
Before POM Server can assign calls to you it must first “Nail-up” your telephone to the POM Server.
The POM Server will call your telephone and nail-up the extension.
The way “Nail-up” works is that the POM server calls the user on their Line 1. The call will not have any audio and the user will hear silence. Once POM has a customer it needs to connect with an Agent, it will provide a zip tone to the user and bridge on the customer.
1: Nail-up pending: After the “Ready” button has been pressed the POM Agent will wait for the POM Nailup call. If at any time the Agent wishes to have POM stop sending calls, click the “UnReady” button which signals POM to stop.
2: Nail-up completed: Once the POM Nailup call has been delivered and answered the state change to “NailedUp” and the Campaign assigned is listed. i.e “predictive_cruise”.
