General tab

• First Name: Agent’s first name

• Last Name: Agent’s last name

• Alias: Optional. Appears as Agent’s publicly-facing Chat name.

• User Name: The CT Client user login name.

• Password: CT Client user password

• Agent Template: The template this user is assigned to. If you are moving the user, you can select another template from the list

• Auto Pop Info: On\Off decides if the CT Client “Info” tab is activated on new call

• Auto Screen Pop: On\Off decides if the Rule based Screenpop is automatically executed on new call. If Off the user must click the CT Client Info tab screenpop button

• Always On Top: On\Off decides if the CT Client is always on top of other windows

• Theme: Selected theme for this user

• Transparency: Selected level of Transparency\Opacity for this user

• Restore On Call: On\Off decides if the CT Client is restored on new call

• Enable Remote Worker: On\Off decides if incoming calls will be forwarded to a remote phone number. If enabled, Remote Worker Phone and Extension Password are required.

• Remote Worker Phone: Enter the Remote Worker’s external phone number (example: 15125551212)

• Extension: The Avaya CM phone extension. Must be configured with a physical deskphone or OneX Communicator computer phone.

• Extension Password: Only required for Remote Worker.

Click Save to retain edits to settings

Click Discard to remove edits.

Click Delete to delete
