• Enable Save Email: If Yes, allows agent to save email on the local desktop file system.
• Enable Print Email: If Yes, allows agent to print the email.
• Enable Transfer Email: If yes, allows agent to transfer an email to a different mailbox
• Enable Attach: If Yes, allows agent to send attachments with outgoing emails.
• Enable Suspend Email: If yes, allows agent to set email to Suspended mode for a specific period of time.
• Enable Retrieve: If Yes, allows agent to retrieve an email from Suspended mode
• Restrict Attachment Path: Restricts agents to a specific local desktop folder from which files can be accessed and attached to an Email reply. For example: X:\foldername
• Include Original Email When Replying: If Yes, the original email text is always included in a reply.
• Always Return Suspend to Agent: If Yes, a Suspended email will return to the agent who suspended it. If No, the email will return to the queue for the next available agent.
• Maximum Email Display Items: Limits the number of email items viewable in the agent’s Inbox.
• Email Disposition Group: Select a disposition group for emails.
• Email Force Disposition: Force agents to enter disposition info for each email answered.
