AGENT TEMPLATE
The template can be viewed as a user group, all users must belong to a template and they obtain most of their user settings from the template. Templates also contains site level resources such as “Contacts”, “Disposition codes” and “AES Servers”.
Manage templates by going to /Site/site name/. Templates will appear in the Site Resources screen (see below). To edit an existing template, select it from the list of available templates. Example: Default
Note – Template settings are considered Administration and normally done by the CT Administrator.
In the Agent Templates screen, select Details, then Edit Agent Template.
