• Enable Retrieve: Allows agent to take ownership of the chat work item displayed in the Work Item Live View web dashboard.
• Enable Attachment: Allows agent to send one or more files from a chat work item session.
• Enable Transfer: Allows agent to transfer a chat to another agent or back into the queue.
• Chat Disposition Group: Select the disposition group for the chat work item.
• Chat Force Disposition: Force agents to enter disposition info for each chat answered.
