ADDING USER

1: Login to CT Admin

2: Navigate to the Template where the user will be created

3: Click the “Add Agents” in the bottom right of the page:

4: Enter Agent information as needed (for complete details, see Agent Template – Agents).

5: Click Save icon

Making changes to a user is possible by simply clicking on the user from the list, make the required change and click the save icon.

Deleting users are done by selecting the user from the list and the clicking the delete button on the bottom right of the form. You will be prompted before the deletion is made:
