Profile
Profile Settings are visible on this tab. Some settings are editable, but should be carefully understood before making a change.

- Agent Information: Shows the the agent's photo, name, email address and alias if applicable. The password here is for the telephony system and should not be edited by the agent unless directed by the administrator.
- Telephony: Shows the extension number the agent ID is tied to
- Site Info: Displays Site name and Agent Template the agent belongs to
- Interface: Allows the agent to adjust 2 settings. The Theme of the interface to light, dark, or gray, and Restore On Call which expands the Softphone widget if minimized when a call arrives.
Change Profile Picture
To change the agent profile picture, click on the image area and select an image from the local drive.

The agent's ability to control these features is determined and configured by the CT Suite Administrator.
