Agent Settings
Agent Settings are visible on this tab. Some settings are editable, but should be carefully understood before making a change.

- Agent: These are the Avaya Agent settings, and should not be changed unless directed by your administrator
- Multimedia: This shows whether any multimedia channels have been enabled for the agent
- Edit: If enabled, this allows some fields to be edited, but this should only be done under the direction of your administrator
The agent's ability to control these features is determined and configured by the CT Suite Administrator.
