Agent Settings are visible on this tab. Some settings are editable, but should be carefully understood before making a change.
Agent: These are the Avaya Agent settings, and should not be changed unless directed by your administrator
Multimedia: This shows whether any multimedia channels have been enabled for the agent
Edit: If enabled, this allows some fields to be edited, but this should only be done under the direction of your administrator
