Main Menu Commands
The Main Menu commands allow you to select, edit and create different dashboards configurations.
Dashboard
Displays the current active dashboard. The pulldown menu allows you to select other dashboards that are available on the local system.
File
Allows an agent to open, save or export an existing dashboard configuration (*.dash file).
· Open Dashboard: Opens an existing *.dash file.
· Save Dashboard: Save any customized dashboard settings and appearance to a local *.dash file
· Open User Location: Opens the user’s local folder where dashboard configuration files are stored.
Note: The *.dash and *.dashlayout files are stored locally in the user’s %AppData%\Roaming\CTIntegrations\CTDashboard folder. These files can be copied and uploaded to the CT Admin server as the default dashboard configuration for all users. See CT Suite – CT Admin Administrator’s Guide for more details.
View
Allows agents to customize the current dashboard settings and appearance. Any customization must be saved under FileàSave to preserve changes.
· Add Panel: Allows additional custom panels to be created.
Grid: Presents data in a spreadsheet/table format
Gauge: Presents a single data value in a speedometer-type format
Chart: Presents data in a bar chart format
Browser: Displays any webpage.
· Edit Panel: Allows editing of the selected panel
· Delete Panel: Allow deleting of the selected panel
· Full Screen: Select to present dashboard as full screen.
Theme
Themes allow changes to the look of the dashboard.
· Dark: Presents light text on dark background
· Light: Presents dark text on light background
· Windows7: Light background with Windows 7 look
Windows8: Light background with Windows 8 look
Opacity
· None: Dashboard background is solid
· Low: Dashboard background is slightly transparent, allowing the desktop to be visible.
· High: Dashboard background is transparent, allowing the desktop to be visible.
On Top
Select to display the dashboard on top of all other windows on the desktop.
